We Insure - Sprouse Agency is expanding our Sarasota office and looking for a motivated, licensed 2-20 Insurance Agent who's ready to take the next step in their career. Some remote work possible, depending on experience, etc. Who we 're looking for: * Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License * Experience in property & casualty insurance -- both personal and commercial lines preferred * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Tech-savvy and familiar with modern quoting and CRM systems Location: Sarasota, FL Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (in-office) Compensation: Competitive base + commission, based on experience If you're ready to join a team that combines independence with strong back- office support, we'd love to hear from you.
