About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Customers: Deliver exceptional service to contractors and businesses, understanding their specific fencing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Processing Orders: Accurately manage sales transactions, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our system.
• Proactive Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with existing and potential customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinating Deliveries: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Following Up on Quotes: Diligently follow up on outstanding quotes to secure sales and address any customer inquiries.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service. Experience in the fencing or construction industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
• Fence or construction knowledge highly preferred. Perks & Pay

Compensation

: Base salary plus unlimited uncapped commission. Total annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $80,000+, depending on performance.
