About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include: * Engaging with Customers: Deliver exceptional service to contractors and businesses, understanding their specific fencing needs and providing tailored solutions. * Processing Orders: Accurately manage sales transactions, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our system. * Proactive Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with existing and potential customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. * Coordinating Deliveries: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials to customers. * Following Up on Quotes: Diligently follow up on outstanding quotes to secure sales and address any customer inquiries. What You Bring * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service. Experience in the fencing or construction industry is a plus. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments. * Fence or construction knowledge highly preferred. Perks & Pay * Compensation: Base salary plus unlimited uncapped commission.
