About the Role We're seeking motivated Independent Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help grow Snack Hive's presence in the Portland metro area. Compensation is tied directly to successful outcomes. Your focus will be on reaching out to businesses across the area and introducing Snack Hive's services: snack and drink machine placements and coffee service. Each successful placement earns a commission. This is a results-driven opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, persuasive, and eager to grow alongside a scaling startup. What You'll Do * Prospect local businesses by phone, email, or in-person outreach * Present Snack Hive's snack, beverage, and coffee solutions * Secure signed placement agreements with decision-makers * Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities * Represent Snack Hive with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive * Comfortable reaching out to businesses and decision-makers * Prior sales or business development experience helpful but not required * Interest in growing with a startup and earning commission for results Job Type: Part-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: * B2B sales: 3 years (Required) * HubSpot: 2 years (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Portland, OR 97210
