Phoenix-based industrial plastic and metal fabrication company that specializes in custom-made products for the high purity industries is seeking a qualified candidate to take on a Sales role on our Business Development Team. This is a remote position that will nurture our existing client base as well as develop new relationships in the Austin area. Duties/Responsibilities: * Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest * Equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs. * Resolves customer complaints * Meets established sales quotas * Acts as company representative at trade association meetings. * Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * Familiarity with the high purity industries, including clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries * Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience * Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. * Motivated, self-starter. * Strong research and analytical skills. * Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Clean driving record. * Ability to work 45-50 hours a week. * Use and read tape measure, calipers, and other devices. * Ability to read CAD prints and P&IDs. * Pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and I-9 E-Verify Preference Given: * Experience handling local, state, and federal government contract jobs. * Prior experience working with industrial plastics (e.g., PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF) and various ratings (e.g., FM4910.) * Military Veterans. * Eagle Scouts. * Fluency in Korean a plus Compensation : * Competitive Base Salary plus commissions * Medical insurance offered * Matching 401k available * Accrued PTO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Familiarity with the high purity industries, including clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries?
