Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with the ability to stay organized and consistent Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required) Ability to obtain or maintain required insurance licensing (training and support provided)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions Generate new business through referrals, marketing support, and outbound activity Prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales Maintain strong follow-up and deliver excellent ongoing customer service Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards Track activity and performance using CRM and agency tools
