Responsibilities : * Client Relationships: Build/retain accounts across Midwest metros; deliver high CSAT and repeat business. * Rental Growth: Prospect and close event producers, live event/AV staging companies, exhibition organizers, venues/stadiums/arenas, touring productions, brand/event agencies. Drive short-cycle rental bookings, on-time delivery, on- site support coordination, and repeat orders. * Fixed-Install Expansion (Phase 2+): Develop pipelines with venues, corporate, retail, sports, DOOH in the region. * Channel Partnerships: Recruit/enable Midwest SIs & distributors; run joint plans, trainings, demos/MDF. * Product & Technical Support: Translate needs into solutions; coordinate quotes, BOMs, demos, after-sales. * Market Development: Map Midwest territories, track competitors, report trends; localize messaging with Marketing. * Execution & Forecasting: Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, hit quarterly/annual targets. Qualifications 1. Extensive Industry Experience 3-5 years in the LED display market, with a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics. 2. Strategic Market Insight - Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement successful sales strategies. 3. Exceptional Client Communication - Strong relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships. 4. Collaborative Team Player - Ability to work across departments to drive business success. 5. Results-Oriented Approach - Committed to achieving high-performance targets and exceeding expectations. Summary In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships within your designated region. Reporting to the Regional Director of R&S, you will leverage your core skills in negotiation, business development, and account management to achieve sales targets. Your premium expertise in B2B sales and technology sales will be essential in navigating complex markets. Additionally, your strong communication skills will enhance customer service and team collaboration, ensuring that our organization meets its strategic objectives and delivers exceptional value to clients.
