Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. Duties * Engage in outside sales efforts to identify potential clients and expand our customer base * Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options * Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure favorable agreements for clients and the company * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing client relationships * Assist with marketing initiatives to promote insurance products through various channels including telemarketing and community outreach * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information * Support benefits administration processes related to insurance policies and client accounts * Utilize analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and sales data for strategic planning * Communicate effectively in multiple languages (if bilingual) to serve diverse client populations Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industry * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele * Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies is advantageous * Ability to analyze data and market trends for targeted outreach and improved sales performance * Demonstrated customer service excellence with a professional demeanor * High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in insurance or sales are preferred This role offers an engaging work environment where your sales expertise and dedication to customer service will be valued. * Autonomy to manage your own day and client relationships * Dedicated service team * Access to nearly every major personal & commercial insurance carrier in Florida * Positive, growth-focused environment Location: Palmetto, FL Hours: Mon -Fri | 8:30 am-5 pm Compensation: Base + Commission Join us in helping clients protect their future while advancing your career in the insurance industry.
