Job Overview We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Your job is simple and important: start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This is a great role if you want to build real sales skills, work in a structured environment, and earn more as your performance improves. No cold "guesswork" -- we provide training, scripts, and leads so you can focus on executing and getting better every day. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls and emails to warm and cold prospects using provided lead lists * Follow proven call scripts and talk tracks (with room to improve them over time) * Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team * Update notes and activity in our CRM (HubSpot) * Hit daily and weekly activity goals (calls, conversations, meetings booked) * Learn how modern B2B sales actually works through hands-on training and coaching * Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a B2B environment * Experience in technology or software sales is preferred but not required * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, conduct business development activities, and meet or exceed targets * Prior experience with digital marketing campaigns and warm calling strategies is a plus What We're Looking For * Comfortable talking on the phone and starting conversations * Coachable mindset -- willing to learn and apply feedback * Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented * Reliable and punctual (this is an in-office role) * Sales experience is a plus, but not required * Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not required What we provide: * Structured training * No list building on your own * Clear daily expectations and performance targets * Proven scripts, processes, and tools * Ongoing coaching to help you improve and earn more * In-office team environment with support and accountability Compensation & Growth * Hourly base pay + uncapped commission per meeting set * Clear path to higher earnings as performance improves * Opportunity to grow into closing roles for top performers If you're motivated, competitive, and want to build real sales skills--not just work a job--we want to talk.
