Home and Business Services Sales Representative We are on a mission to keep the air clean in homes and businesses, and keep people healthy. Not many people know that the air inside their home is 5X more polluted than outside air. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to help connect homeowners and businesses with our service solutions team. You only need to make the introduction, we will do the heaving lifting. This opportunity can be part time or full time. It can supplement your current income or be your primary income source. This is a 1099 Position (not employee), which provides you with uncapped commission and flexibility to spend your day as you choose, without a boss. Referral partners operate independently and are compensated based on successful referrals, generating immediate and recurring income. You will be part of a team with ongoing training, idea sharing, and within an environment to help with your success. About the Opportunity: You will leverage your personal network and everyday interactions to refer homeowners and businesses, who may benefit from our services. No prior experience is required. We will provide all training, scripts, and guidance to help your be successful. What You'll Do * Share information about our company and/or indoor air quality solutions with people you already know (friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, community contacts, businesses, churches, anyone in your network) * Distribute your own business cards and referral materials (optional) * Display an optional branded window sticker on your personal vehicle (optional) * Provide basic contact information to interested homeowners so our professional service team can take over * Operate your referral activity independently, on your own schedule What We Provide * Optional affiliate starter kit available for purchase (business cards, vehicle window sticker, referral materials, team shirt) * Optional weekly Zoom training sessions focused on product education and referral best practices * Unique referral tracking so you receive proper credit for successful referrals * Access to expanding service offerings as the program grows * A recession and AI resistant industry What You Provide * A reliable personal vehicle (model year within the last 10 years if placing company sticker on your vehicle) * Your own phone and network of contacts * Independent effort to generate referrals using your own methods and guidance from our team * Compliance with all applicable local and state laws while operating as a 1099 contractor Compensation * Paid per successful referral that results in completed service, you will receive payment the following week * Compensation is performance-based * You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses Who This Is a Great Fit For * Individuals with strong personal networks * People who enjoy connecting others with helpful services * Community-oriented individuals, parents, retirees, professionals, or entrepreneurs * Anyone looking for flexible, performance-based income without prior experience If you're looking for an independent opportunity where your relationships and reputation matter, we'd love to connect.
