Job Summary Sell new and used Powersports equipment and accessories. Work with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities are outlined below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Represents the company for the sale of products to customers * Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products offered for sale * Must be able to operate all equipment that is offered for sale by the dealership * Maintains all customer information for sales management, monitoring trends in customer business activity * Knows and follows a defined sales process * Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events * Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods * Attends applicable sales training events/seminars * Possess current knowledge of used equipment values to evaluate properly for trading purposes Position Qualifications * 2+ years of equipment sales experience (preferably within the Powersports industry) * Knowledge of Powersports products required * Passion for Powersports products and activities * Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive * Ability to work flexible hours * Excellent customer relationship skills * Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports * High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred * Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record * Must have or be willing to obtain a motorcycle license within 30 days of beginning employment
