Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate a Sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals * Oversee the full sales cycle for tax relief services, ensuring clients receive clear, accurate, and compliant information regarding programs such as OIC, CNC, Installment Agreements, and other IRS relief options * Train and develop sales staff on communication, closing strategies, product knowledge, and compliance standards * Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline performance, call quality, and lead conversion metrics to ensure optimal performance * Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews * Manage high-value leads and personally handle escalated sales consultations when necessary * Collaborate closely with Tax Preparers, Case Managers, and senior leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of newly signed clients * Maintain strict organization and accuracy in CRM systems, ensuring detailed tracking and documentation of all lead interactions * Develop and implement sales strategies, scripts, and workflow improvements to increase team efficiency and conversion rates * Uphold a strong culture of professionalism, leadership, and accountability Skills * Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with the skill to inspire high performance * Strong communication and presentation skills; well-spoken, confident, and able to simplify complex tax concepts for clients * Proven ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment * Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects concurrently * Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to help staff navigate client objections and complex tax situations * Expertise in sales strategy, closing techniques, and pipeline management * Strong understanding of tax relief products, IRS processes, and financial problem-solving (preferred) Qualifications * 3+ years of sales experience required; 1-2+ years in sales management or team leadership strongly preferred * Experience in tax relief, financial services, or high-ticket sales required * Proven track record of leading a team to achieve or exceed sales targets * Experience coaching, training, and developing sales professionals * Strong understanding of IRS collections processes, tax relief programs, or tax resolution (preferred but not required) * Ability to analyze reports, metrics, and sales data to drive performance strategies * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across all platforms * High school diploma required; college degree preferred * Must be able to work in person and communicate with clients across the U.S. * Reliable transportation and ability to relocate if not local (Irvine) Pay: $53,541.71 - $64,480.34 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Paid training * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
