(SASSI) is seeking Sales Associates to join a rapidly-growing team of audio/video professionals. We hire people who are passionate about creating enjoyable, rewarding experiences for our team as well as our clients. * Benefits*: * Health, Dental and Vision insurance * 401K plan with employer matching * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Employee Rewards Program * Employee Discounts * Professional Development Opportunities What You 'll Do*: * Assess each client's home technology needs and develop detailed sales proposals * Follow up on all incoming sales leads from local home builders in a timely manner as directed * Conduct initial sales appointment with new clients * Hunt for business, conduct outbounds, post-sales, and up sales calls - NOT COLD CALLING * Responsible for keeping a robust sales pipeline * Document client interaction in proprietary Customer Relationship Management system. * Prepare electronic client files for handoff to the Production team * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Learn all pre-engineered product options and how they work together * Produce status reports of work in progress and submit to Sales Manager * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies * Participate in training and professional development activities * Other duties as required What You 'll Need*: * Valid driver's license * Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software applications * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills * Result driven and customer focused * One year of sales experience in a team environment * Clean criminal record * Reliable transportation * High School diploma required; Associates degree in design preferred Physical Requirements: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard * We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
