Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management. * Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling and networking to identify potential business opportunities. * Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of our offerings. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is essential. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus. * Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and adapt strategies accordingly. * Demonstrated success in lead generation and territory sales management. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
