Customer Service Representative Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, delivering timely, accurate, and high- quality support. This Full Time role is responsible for providing product and service information, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement. Please make sure to provide a response to the screening questions. Successful CSRs are customer-focused, empathetic problem-solvers who communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and consistently represent the company with professionalism and care. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Inside Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities * Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. * Identify opportunities to generate leads and support sales initiatives. * Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive and transparent communication. * Provide accurate, detailed information using company systems, tools, and resources. * Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including service-level metrics and sales targets. * Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause, providing timely solutions, and ensuring complete follow-up. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system and process account updates as required. * Adhere to established communication guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures. * Demonstrate initiative by going above and beyond to support customers and improve service quality. Essential Functions * Consistently achieve assigned performance and quota expectations. * Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in alignment with company standards. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Previous experience in customer service or client support required. * Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication. * Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles. * Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals and quotas. * Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities. * Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs and engaging in regular typing, reading, and writing activities. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speak, read, write) is highly preferred. Education & Training * High school diploma or equivalent required.
