What You 'll Do: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, dealerships, and commercial clients. * Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to close sales opportunities. * Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in Bauer Built's tire management system. * Follow up on leads and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Collaborate with the tire center team to coordinate deliveries and meet customer expectations. * Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations. * Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets with integrity and professionalism.
