The Sales/Service Support Representative maintains, supports and assists in the growth of our product sales in the our industrial distributor and retail sales channel. This role is ideal for someone with construction or trades experience who enjoys helping customers solve technicalo problems and values long-term relationships over high-pressure sales tatics. Key Responsibities * Serve as primary contact for assigned customers via phone and email * Recommend appropriate garage doors, hardware and components * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications * Prepare quotes, orders, and follow-ups accurately * Manage customer infromation using spreadsheets and company CRM * Corrdinate with internal teams to ensure correct product selection and delivery * Build long-term customer relationships through reliable service and expertise * Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan Ability to Commute: * Bemidji, MN 56601 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Bemidji, MN 56601: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
