We partner closely with operators, contractors, and industry professionals to deliver consultative solutions that elevate how kitchens function, perform, and grow. Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is a highly detail-oriented, customer-focused support role responsible for managing quotes, coordinating projects, supporting outside sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position emphasizes accuracy, follow-through, organization, and communication. Inside Sales serves as the internal anchor of the sales process--connecting customers, outside sales, operations, service, and design to ensure work is executed correctly, efficiently, and on time. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support & Execution * Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate quotes, proposals, and scope-of-work documentation * Act as a primary support partner to outside sales representatives by pushing quotes, follow-ups, revisions, and open items forward * Provide coverage and continuity when outside sales are traveling or unavailable * Ensure all customer commitments are documented, communicated, and fulfilled Customer Communication & Relationship Support * Serve as a key point of contact for inbound customer requests, questions, and follow-ups * Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email regarding pricing, timelines, and next steps * Maintain realistic expectations while delivering a high-touch, responsive customer experience * Follow up consistently--before, during, and after orders or projects CRM, Documentation & Process Discipline * Maintain exceptionally accurate CRM records, notes, logs, and opportunity updates * Track quotes, revisions, approvals, and follow-ups with precision * Ensure nothing slips through the cracks--details, dates, and deliverables matter Problem Solving & Internal Coordination * Proactively address issues related to orders, service, billing, or expectations * Help diffuse challenging situations through calm communication and solution-oriented thinking * Know when to escalate issues and who to involve to resolve them efficiently Required Skills & Competencies * Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational habits * Strong customer-service mindset with professional boundaries * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously * High accountability and consistent follow-through * Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly * Analytical thinking and ability to understand customer needs and constraints * Self-awareness--knowing what you don't know and who to ask Ideal Candidate Profile * Process-driven and highly organized * Reliable, dependable, and internally motivated * Thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment * Enjoys being the behind-the-scenes driver of successful sales outcomes * Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business or team-oriented setting * Technically curious and willing to continue learning products and workflows What Success Looks Like * Quotes are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated * Outside sales views Inside Sales as a trusted force-multiplier * Customers feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage * Projects move smoothly because details were handled correctly upfront * No missed follow-ups, unclear scopes, or dropped commitments Join us as an Inside Sales Representative and become a vital part of a vibrant team committed to growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding solutions.
