Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs. Mon-Friday 10am-2pm Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and improve overall performance. * Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred but not required.
