Compensation: $125,000 - $180,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You 'll Do: * Attend scheduled property appointments across the Austin area. * Comp and analyze residential homes to determine fair cash offers. * Negotiate directly with sellers to close profitable deals. * Document property data and update CRM systems with precision. * Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams to hit monthly KPIs. Qualifications: You Are: * A natural closer with 1 -2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (car, RV, solar, home services, pest control, etc.). * Comfortable building rapport and overcoming objections face-to-face. * Highly organized with strong follow-up and negotiation skills. * Motivated by competition, money, and growth.
