What You'll Do * Prospect & Build Relationships: Daily prospecting and lead follow-up using Salesforce CRM to connect with families and grow your book of business. * Meet With Families: Guide them through "pre-need" (future planning) and "at-need" (recent loss) decisions with compassion and professionalism. * Collaborate With Your Team: Work alongside driven peers who share strategies and celebrate results together. * Aim High: Surpassing goals isn't the exception here--it's the expectation, with the training and mentorship to help you succeed.
