The Commercial Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for LimRic's light commercial HVAC and plumbing clients. Rather than traditional direct sales, the CAM focuses on supporting customer operations, coordinating internal teams, identifying service needs, and ensuring clients receive the full value of LimRic's capabilities. This role grows account revenue by proactively aligning LimRic services with client goals, improving communication, preventing issues, and strengthening customer trust. The CAM is an advocate, advisor, and oversight partner -- not a traditional closers-only salesperson. This role is full-time with hybrid work location - 70% outside/sales & 30% inside/admin. Travel proximity is primarily the greater Charleston area. Personal use of vehicle or company vehicle options available. Company provided electronic devices and apparel. Role does not have defined working hours, given the typical sales cycle of the commercial service industry, some after- hours availability is expected to meet needs of clients by coordinating with other LimRic team members and resolving challenges experienced while performing services, as needed. Key Responsibilities * Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned accounts * Conduct client check-ins and periodic site visits * Coordinate with dispatch and service operations * Track work orders, recurring issues, and account trends * Identify service needs and route opportunities to estimating/sales * Guide clients in budget planning and maintenance scheduling * Promote service alignment and maintenance renewals Requirements * Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical trades, or facilities services industry * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Highly organized with service coordination experience * Ability to understand technical work and advise clients Compensation * Base: $50k-$60k + Book of Business tiered commission structure All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
