Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance. * Retaining clients by servicing their needs, cross selling other lines, etc. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. * Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately. * Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations. * Provide clients with payment options and assistance as needed. * Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
