Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, management, and B2B sales, with expertise in marketing and technology sales. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and fostering customer relationships to expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in business development, utilizing analysis skills and leadership capabilities to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets across various sectors including B2B markets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and technology solutions, to expand customer base. * Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities. * Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. * Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. * Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments. * Strong background in marketing, technology sales, or technical sales roles. * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. * Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding client portfolios. * Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance metrics. * Leadership qualities with experience managing a team of sales professionals. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. * Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
