Responsibilities * Provide exceptional service to our policyholders via phone, email, and in person. * Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing. * Identify opportunities to present relevant insurance products and solutions to meet client needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. * Manage and update client records accurately in our system. * Collaborate with the agent to support sales efforts and achieve team goals. * Stay informed about new products, services, and industry regulations.
