Automotive Sales Consultant Copeland Toyota is seeking a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the perfect vehicle. Schedule: * Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Friday: OFF * Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Mandatory) * Sunday: OFF * Last day of the month: Mandatory workday Compensation & Benefits * Sign-On Bonus up to $500 * Potential earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 * Extensive New/Used Car Inventory * Closed on major holidays * Health Insurance (50% Company Paid) and Dental Insurance * 401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match * Paid Vacation & Personal Days * Group Life Insurance * Family Owned since 1970 * Break area * Paid training * Opportunities for growth Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Build lasting relationships to foster a loyal customer base. * Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer needs. * Proactively generate traffic through various channels, including booking appointments, engaging with service customers, leveraging referrals, and utilizing the client relationship management system. * Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain strong connections. * Assist in setting and achieving sales goals. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership management system.
