Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. * Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Providing detailed product information and assisting with vehicle selection. * Facilitating test drives and coordinating appointments with our sales team. * Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships. * Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
