Essential Duties: * Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments * Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes * Determine their design needs * Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution * Close sales * Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointments * Conduct job site measuring * Photograph spaces appropriately * Create designs with customers * Select appropriate products * Correctly calculate costs of projects * Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources Qualifications: * A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus * Home improvement related sales experience preferred * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Outstanding communication skills * Responsible and reliable * Coachable mindset * Competitive by nature * Clean driving record and background check * Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic * Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs * Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus * High school diploma or GED required This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about interior design and sales who thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales goals.
