Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Create relationships from a cold start. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Prior Sales Experience. * Must be highly self-motivated. * A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. * Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. * Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. * No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Responsibilities * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. * Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
