ENERGETIC INSIDE SALES/ CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION FOR REGIONAL HARDWARE & WOOD DISTRIBUTOR IN THE SARASOTA AREA. DRUG FREE, VERSATILE. RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their hardware, plywood, and cabinet needs via phone sales, walk in customer service, and emails. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Phone sales * Walk in counter sales * Proficient computer skills. * Good understanding of sales skills and techniques. * Ability to establish rapport with customers. * Strong work ethic and self-motivation, and verifiable references. * Problem solving. * Handle unforeseen problems that come up during regular business hours. * Excellent customer service is a must. * Strong listening skill- Bilingual is a Plus! * Team attitude. * Our company relies on our "Team" to complete tasks.
