ENERGETIC INSIDE SALES/ CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION FOR REGIONAL HARDWARE & WOOD DISTRIBUTOR IN THE SARASOTA AREA. DRUG FREE, VERSATILE. RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their hardware, plywood, and cabinet needs via phone sales, walk in customer service, and emails. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Phone sales
• Walk in counter sales
• Proficient computer skills.
• Good understanding of sales skills and techniques.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation, and verifiable references.
• Problem solving.
• Handle unforeseen problems that come up during regular business hours.
• Excellent customer service is a must.
• Strong listening skill- Bilingual is a Plus!
