Your role is crucial in strengthening customer relationships, leading operational improvements, and leveraging data analytics to optimize performance. You will be on-site in Montgomery, AL, driving safety, quality, and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually Available Shift Times: Hybrid position with some on-site presence Key Responsibilities * Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer account, building and maintaining strong relationships * Provide on-site technical and operational support at the Montgomery manufacturing site * Drive safety initiatives, improve material quality, and optimize operational performance * Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions * Lead weekly meetings to track KPIs such as DPPM, OTIF%, and DR% * Support new product launches, complaint resolution, and continuous improvement projects * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering Key Requirements * Excellent communication and relationship management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in data analysis and statistical tools * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings * High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or operations in manufacturing or related fields * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands and safety considerations Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
