Duties * Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency. * Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment. * Engage in sales management activities, including negotiating with clients and closing deals. * Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. * Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. * Operate cash register systems accurately while ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. * Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience. Experience * Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position is preferred. * Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in negotiating deals. * Experience in interviewing and hiring processes is advantageous. * Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. * Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in administrative duties with attention to detail. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and staff alike. * Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
