Duties

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Engage in sales management activities, including negotiating with clients and closing deals.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Operate cash register systems accurately while ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience. Experience
• Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in negotiating deals.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring processes is advantageous.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in administrative duties with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
