About the Role ATX Construction & Handyman is hiring Sales Representatives to handle in-home appointments for homeowners who are actively requesting remodeling and repair services. This is not cold calling or door-to-door. You will be meeting customers who have already contacted us and are looking to move forward with a project. Your job is to: * Understand what the homeowner needs * Explain their options * Provide pricing * Close the job We train you on the construction side. You bring the communication and closing skills. How It Works We run a structured sales operation. * All leads come directly to the company * Appointments are scheduled for you * Every customer is tracked in our CRM * Quotes, notes, and follow-ups are all organized You do not prospect. You do not chase leads. You focus on running appointments and closing jobs. What You 'll Be Doing * Attend scheduled appointments with homeowners * Evaluate repair or remodeling needs * Present clear, professional estimates * Close jobs and hand them off to our operations team * Update deal status and notes in our CRM Compensation You are paid based on performance, not time. You receive: * Guaranteed weekly base pay * Uncapped commission on every job you close * Bonuses for volume and consistency Most reps earn between $4,000 and $10,000 per month , depending on how many jobs they close. There is no cap. Who This Is For This role is for people who are comfortable speaking with homeowners, asking for the sale, and being responsible for their own results. You do not need construction experience. You do need to be: * Confident * Reliable * Coachable * Professional with customers * Detail oriented * Ability to memorize theoretical written materials Mandatory Requirements (Pre-Qualification) To be considered, you must have: * A valid U.S. driver 's license * A reliable personal vehicle * Active car insurance * A personal smartphone * Be a resident of Austin, TX or surrounding areas * Be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor If you do not meet all of the above, this role will not be a fit.
