Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Fertilization/Spraying and Pest Control Sales Person! If you have been in the industry, but have not done sales, that is okay! With the right outgoing attitude, we can train you how to sell our services. Customers need and love our services! In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of promoting our innovative lawn care solutions and pest control services. Your mission is to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their lawn and plants and keep their home bug free. What you 'll do * Run house lead appointments and follow up on move outs and past estimates. * Engage in outside sales to build relationships with potential clients and expand our customer base. * Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities through effective territory management. * Network with mowers, landscapers, and others in the industry that will offer leads. * Write up estimates/agreements and close sales while ensuring caring customer service throughout the process. * Work with the office staff to provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. * Attend local networking meetings Basic qualifications * Some Experience in the lawn care and/or pest control industry required. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Valid Driver's License with no DUI or at fault accidents in the last 3 years. * Outgoing and positive attitude. * Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
