Full job description Rhino Roofing Sales Representative Job Type: Full-Time Location: Albuquerque, NM Pay: Commission Based Pay Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales and a strong understanding of in-home sales processes. We provide a mix of warm, office- supplied leads , canvassing opportunities , and training to build your own self-generated business. This role includes engaging with clients, managing accounts, and driving business development to achieve sales targets. You will build customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and use CRM software to manage leads effectively. Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales activities--including canvassing--to generate new business and expand existing accounts. * Work office-supplied leads and follow up promptly to maximize conversion opportunities. * Manage territory sales by identifying potential clients and planning strategic lead-generation efforts. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and maintain accurate customer records. * Perform direct sales activities, including cold calling and upselling based on customer needs. * Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. * Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong long-term relationships. Qualifications * Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development preferred. * Strong understanding of in-home sales, lead generation, and territory management. * Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus. * Proficient in CRM software--especially Salesforce. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous retail or inside sales experience is beneficial.
