POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales is responsible for all aspects of interacting with customers to develop and maintain relationships with customers. The Inside Sales Representative ensures the day-to-day administration of production selection, providing quotes and pricing are handled efficiently and effectively by taking timely action to resolve requests, manage routine systems configuration and maintenance, respond to business questions, and perform root cause analysis of any issues. ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Required Skills/Abilities: * Assist customers in product selection, quotes and pricing. * Create Deals and Update Leads in the HubSpot CRM System. * Dedicate 60% of your time to making Outbound Sales Calls to Customers, Leads and Prospects. * Processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Director to identify new business opportunities. * Contribute to the overall sales strategy. * Coordinate order fulfillment with production and warehouse management teams. * Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads. * Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas. * Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. * Must be able to anticipate problems and issues and exercise independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions, and act in solving problems while knowing when and to whom to escalate issues. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to be highly customer service focused. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience: * A minimum of five (5) years of experience with sales. * Track record of achieving quotas. * Strong phone presence and experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. * Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls * Proficient computer skills * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. * Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. * Strong people skills. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to access and navigate the production facility. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
