Job Title: Sales Manager Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in a luxury spa environment. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by selling treatments, packages, and services, while coaching and managing the sales team.
