Job Summary Our OEM team is looking for a Corporate Account Manager to oversee a key global customer and drive all aspects of the partnership--commercial, technical, and operational. This role combines high ownership, technical acumen, and crossfunctional collaboration. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for a single, highly strategic global customer, owning all aspects of the partnership (commercial, operational, quality, and supply continuity). * Manage the full account lifecycle, including forecasting, order management, supply planning alignment, and production scheduling. * Lead daily internal coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery. * Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners in the U.S. (Minnesota) and Dominican Republic to support production, technical needs, and design modifications. * Act as the customer's internal advocate by ensuring all Medline teams have visibility to priorities, risks, timelines, and deliverables. * Drive revenue and margin performance, with accountability for financial growth, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. * Support long-term strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Travel up to 60%, including routine visits to customer sites and internal operational locations. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education * Bachelor's Degree. Work Experience * At least 4 years of account management or/and sales experience. The anticipated salary range for this position: $92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
