What You 'll Do: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within our community and through existing BayCoast client relationships, professional networks, and referral partners. * Meet with individuals and business owners to assess financial protection needs and recommend customized life, accident, disability, and health insurance solutions. * Present consultative proposals and clearly explain benefits, coverage options, and long-term value to clients. * Partner with BayCoast's marketing and service teams to coordinate enrollment, underwriting, and policy servicing for clients. * Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication, periodic coverage reviews, and continuous support that drives client loyalty and referrals. * Accurately track all activity and maintain detailed records of client interactions within CRM. * Consistently achieve sales and production goals established by the organization. * Qualifications: * Active MA or RI Life, Accident, and Health Producer license, or ability to obtain one promptly. * Prior experience in life, accident, and/or health insurance sales or a related financial services role (preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach. * Ability to explain complex insurance products in simple, relatable terms. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively. * Commitment to professional development and continuous learning. * Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
