*General Manager / Sales Operations Manager - Lead, Grow, and Light Up Sarasota Festive Lighting Pros is Sarasota's trusted name in outdoor, permanent, and holiday lighting -- creating stunning displays that turn homes, businesses, and events into brilliant experiences. Known for creativity, craftsmanship, and exceptional service, we're growing fast and looking for a General Manager / Sales Operations Manager to lead our Sarasota location. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines sales management, operational oversight, and team development. You'll own local performance from lead to install -- driving revenue, ensuring flawless execution, and inspiring a team that takes pride in lighting up our community. *What You 'll Do Sales Leadership * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue and margin goals. * Design and execute sales strategies across residential, commercial, and event lighting categories. * Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. * Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Ensure timely lead follow-up, accurate proposals, and consistent client communication. Operational Excellence * Oversee scheduling, installation planning, and project logistics to ensure seamless delivery. * Coordinate closely with design, operations, and installation teams to align resources and timelines. * Monitor job profitability, labor efficiency, and inventory management. * Implement processes and systems to improve communication, speed, and client satisfaction. * Maintain safety and quality standards across all field operations. Business Development & Growth * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through local partnerships, networking, and community engagement. * Represent Festive Lighting Pros at home shows, industry events, and local business functions. * Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives that elevate brand visibility in Sarasota and surrounding areas. What You Bring * Proven experience in sales leadership or general management, ideally within home services, construction, lighting, or decor industries. * Demonstrated success managing teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. * Strong operational understanding -- capable of bridging the gap between sales, scheduling, and field execution. * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and project management tools. * Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style. * Based in Sarasota, FL, with ability to travel regionally as needed.
