Position: Outside Sales Representative - Synthetic Turf Location: Tampa, FL Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential) Job Description: Are you a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson with a passion for outdoor solutions? We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for high performers. You'll be responsible for onsite measurements & quotes, building relationships, and closing deals with clients seeking artificial turf solutions. Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, contractors, and landscape designers. * Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable turf products. * Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate product benefits. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Stay informed about product features, pricing, and market trends to remain competitive. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience in outside sales, preferably with artificial turf, pavers, construction service and/or landscape industry experience. * Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your designated territory. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
