Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Home Services Appointment Setters & Confirmers for Shower and Bath projects. In this vital role, you will engage with potential clients through warm calling and outbound outreach, schedule appointments for our expert sales team, and confirm details to ensure seamless appointments. Your communication skills and enthusiasm will help drive business growth while providing exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in bathroom renovation services * Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed with customers * Follow up with clients to confirm appointment times, address questions, and provide excellent customer service * Utilize CRM software to log interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress * Maintain a professional and energetic communication style during all interactions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills when necessary to get the appointment set. * Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing clear information about services and appointment availability Experience * MUST HAVE DIRECT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. * Need to have home services experience on the phones setting appointments. * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2C sales within the home improvement or technology sales sectors * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships * Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively handle outbound calling and customer interactions * Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of technical sales processes or experience in the shower/bath industry is a HUGE plus.
