Job Summary As the Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering an unmatched ownership experience through personalized client engagement and seamless collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals. * Market Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment. * Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events. * Collaboration: Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience as a yacht broker or in other luxury sales. * Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
