Full description of the position

We are looking to add an experienced Service and Sales HVAC technician to our team. Work hours : 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed. Requirements: Dependable person with a great positive attitude and a desire to succeed and work with a team. * Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems with expertise * Perform service and repair calls with technical knowledge * Superior Sales Skills * Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and excellent communication. * Educate clients on the care and maintenance of their systems. * Complete daily tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Required Qualifications * 2-7 Years of HVAC Service Technician Experience * 2-5 Years of HVAC Sales Experience * Ability and desire to continually learn * Be able to perform maintenance checkups. * Work well with other technicians to accomplish tasks * Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. * Offer service agreements to customers. * Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers. Duties, Roles & Responsibilities * Perform system checks on residential HVAC systems. * Follow company processes. * Good driving record. * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. * Be able to service systems * Offer residential service agreements.
