Administrative Assistant (Sales & Marketing Department) Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant reports directly to and functions as an Ambassador for the Hospital and Physician Liaison, and is responsible for assisting them in a variety of day-to-day tasks, both onsite and offsite, including: * Managing phone calls, emails, calendars, and appointments * Conducting screening phone calls with patients * Completing / creating details from an outline provided verbally or via text into applicable company tools * Assist with tracking and managing admissions, referral sources, and marketing efforts * Analyze and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies * Will frequently collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure effective and efficient processing of referrals * Shopping for, ordering, and delivering product, food, and supplies * Ordering, delivering, and setting up for the Hospital and Physician Liaison to conduct lunchtime sales meetings at physician offices and medical facilities * Preparing promotional/marketing materials Requirements: * Dependable and reliable * Adaptable/flexible mindset - enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction * Ability to problem solve * Ability to take direction and integrate learning's into future solutions * Accurate / fast typing skills * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Fluent in and comfortable with computers, software, phone apps, and common Internet use * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfort with varied working conditions (driving some days, at a desk other days) * Must be comfortable with, and interact appropriately in, healthcare environments * Proof of eligibility to work in the United States * Clean driving record * Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) preferred, but not required Education: * High School Graduate / GED required * College degree preferred * Experience in marketing and communications preferred.
