Job Summary

: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by managing incoming customer inquiries, following up on leads, building client relationships, and coordinating orders. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate branded solutions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to walk-in, phone, email, and website inquiries from customers and prospects.
• Provide expert guidance on apparel, promotional products, and decoration methods (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, etc.).
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Maintain customer records, notes, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
• Participate in local networking events or client meetings as needed to support outside sales efforts.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning product knowledge across a wide range of categories.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgable in Corel, Illustrator or other design software. Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of promotional products or branded apparel industry.
• Familiarity with decoration methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, DTG). What We Offer:
