Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by managing incoming customer inquiries, following up on leads, building client relationships, and coordinating orders. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate branded solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to walk-in, phone, email, and website inquiries from customers and prospects. * Provide expert guidance on apparel, promotional products, and decoration methods (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, etc.). * Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely and accurate manner. * Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business. * Maintain customer records, notes, and opportunities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment. * Participate in local networking events or client meetings as needed to support outside sales efforts. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable learning product knowledge across a wide range of categories. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Knowledgable in Corel, Illustrator or other design software. Bonus Skills: * Knowledge of promotional products or branded apparel industry. * Familiarity with decoration methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, DTG).
