Summary of Responsibilities * Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy. * Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions. * Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions. * Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations. * Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture. * Ability to learn the product suite quickly. * Demonstrate strong product knowledge. Required Experience: * 1+ Years of experience and success in sales and building rapport. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients. * Ability to close deals and upsell policy. * Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines. * Strong phone presence.
