As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you would work directly with two of our outside sales professionals and share in the growth of their territories. Specifically, you would be managing a pipeline of qualified prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings for your sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage a pipeline of prospects. * Research your prospects to learn more about their business. * Make 50 prospecting calls per day. * Find the logistics problems affecting your prospects and describe how our services can help. * Additional communication with prospects by email and direct mail. * Schedule two appointments per month with a decision maker. * Collaborate with your sales team to plan activities, achieve goals, and celebrate accomplishments. SUPPORT FOR YOUR SUCCESS * Training on our industry, our company, and the services that differentiate us in the marketplace. * Training on our sales techniques (based on Keenan's Gap Selling). * Access to the leading sales support tools including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * A library of marketing materials at your fingertips. * Positive work environment with encouragement from your fellow SDR / BDR professionals.
