You can check out how our platform looks here: [please apply online] Who we need GoodVision is looking for a professional US or UK-based Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build & manage high- performing sales teams. This role provides strategic leadership, manages key customer relationships, and ensures sales targets are consistently achieved. Responsibilities * Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs. * Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results. * Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership. * Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices. * Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles. * Represent GoodVision in various traffic events.
