COMPENSATION AND CAREER GROWTH First Month Earnings: $4,000 to $7,000 through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission Established Representatives: $6,000 to $12,000 per month Sales Leadership Roles: $250,000+ annually High performers consistently exceed these benchmarks through effort and consistency.
