Position Summary: Flash Garage Door Service is hiring a Garage Door Sales/Service Technician offering a clear path to $200K+ per year through base pay, commissions, bonuses, and spiffs. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and openers , ensuring proper functionality, safety, and a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced garage door professional with hands-on knowledge of door and opener installation and repair. They are self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented , able to work independently while also contributing to a team-focused, performance-driven environment. Core Responsibilities: * Perform repairs on existing garage doors and openers. * Ensure proper alignment and functionality of installed doors through adjustments. * Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to guarantee safety and performance. * Handle heavy lifting of garage door components, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
